Amne HarringtonJanuary 23, 2015In the heart of the Theater District, so perfect location and easy to walk to tons of landmarks. Rooms were ok, hotel is a bit outdated but still a great deal for the location.

Don't even try for wifi on iPhone. It won't work! The stay was great and you are close to everything. Subway to uptown and downtown is a block away. Great shows very close with a bar around the corner
If you want a room that is earliest to be cleaned each day, ask to be near the elevator bank. The housekeepers start there and work toward the corridor's ends, reaching the end rooms by 3:00 or so.- A bit outdated but the staff, as with any Hilton, are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond to help.

- Rooms are in one long corridor with the elevator bank and ice machine and housekeeping in the middle. If you want the least possible noise, ask for a room at either end of the corridor.

Jonathan BSeptember 30, 2010Registering the free wifi with iPhone was almost impossible due to strange bug in safari that keep hiding the keypad when trying to type password. Worked great on my MacBook though.- Love this hotel. Cheap, great location nad redone. Beter than other hiltons in nyc

- JamesSeptember 13, 2019Was charged $250 for false unspecified damages on credit card after recent stay. Management says we smoked in room which NEVER HAPPENED! They refuse to reverse charges and scammed me. Avoid this dump!
