Pretty cool concept with a ton of grilled cheese options. The Cheweebaca was on of their first hits and is pretty good. You can also try their speciality hot dogs which look fabulous. Great staff.

The French onion soup was DELICIOUS, and we also created our own grilled cheese with smoked turkey, mozzarella, and herbed mayo. It was to die for! I don’t think you can go wrong, here.

I had the Cheebacca, it was wonderful! Was pleased to find a restaurant dedicated to the grilled cheese. Wait staff is friendly and the environment is interesting. Definitely recommend!

I had the cheebacca sandwich and the spinach Gorgonzola soup. So good!! I added the chips they have into the soup and it was great!! Definitely need to come back and try more!
