Reed WatsonDecember 30, 2013I always tell them I want synthetic oil & it always comes back conventional. Don't plan on wasting your time waiting for your car for simple things like an oil change, either. They take way too long!

B DNovember 25, 2013Place is a joke, expect to wait 2 1/2 hours to get your oil changed. I made an appoinment for service on their website but the claim they never got it. So here I am waiting....
LacySeptember 25, 20123 hour wait for a simple oil change and inspection. It's not even that crowded. Got here at 10am...it's now 1:15pm and im still waiting. Bullshit.
