Good for 1-on-1 meet-ups and individual work sessions. The grilled cheese with avocado on multigrain bread is simple yet healthy and filling and delicious. Lots of tea options for the tea lovers
A lively local coffee and tea shop, with a beautifully diverse selection and lots of plants and plenty of space to relax and get work done. The best around! 5/5
Stayed here for 2h writing... I had a German choc cake and a Honey nut latte... Both are amazing coffees! Really worth it! I also had the turkey sandwich, but the sandwich is pretty normal...
it’s either crowded or cozy depending on the people to plant ratio. if you manage to grab a table in the back, you get to enjoy the cozy mini library. the nutella latte is my guilty pleasure here.
Large and impressive tea menu. It's hard to get a seat so make sure that you time your tea if you take it to go. Don't forget to grab a yummy green tea cookie! Read more
Such a cute coffee/tea shop with comfy seating and nice books... solid place to sit and chat and relax!!! Plenty of tea choices and unique coffee drinks + they'll refill your tea water for free
Plants and lamp lighting give this Greenwich Village spot an earthy, cozy vibe. Wifi, outlets, and sandwiches have the potential to see you through a full day’s work here! Read more
Love this place. Perfect vibe to get some work done over the weekend. Plenty of tables and outlets. The Perfect level of coffeehouse chatter and background music. And very creative latter creations!
The atmosphere of this place is amazing. Great tea choice. More limited on the sandwich side, and by the end of they day they ran out of some ingredients. But the pastries and desserts are perfect!
Hipster hangout with a wonderful variety of lattes and caffeinated drinks. Loving the plants and the eclectic mugs to give it a homey feel. A favorite of Malcolm Gladwell.
One of my favorite cafes due to its chill and laid back atmosphere, free wifi, and good coffee and sandwiches. The lemon bars are tasty and there's also a unique tea selection.
This place has a totally homemade feel --- lots of couches that look like they got pulled out of Grandma's house. Staff here is really nice. Get there early to get a seat. (Before 9:30/10). Free wifi.
Free wifi, really healthy, yummy nutritious food, smoothie selections esp tuna salad, bright interior w lots of plants like a rainforest, plugs, various table/seating options like couch, small tables
Love the ambiance. Black tea rose latte was absolute heaven in my mouth. Paired w the Rubert and very chill playlist, one of the best relaxing afternoons I've had in a while.
I stopped in for the first time and got the espresso. The location has a deceptive amount of space and free wifi, so I would say it's good for getting work done.
besides hanging out and all, i get my beans for home here too. unlike nearby coffee shops like think, s'nice, etc. the roaster here knows what the hell he is doing!
Portobello Mushroom & Gorgonzola: Perfectly meaty grilled mushrooms on a crusty, powdery ciabatta. The creamy gorgonzola is sharp enough, but doesn't dominate.
The music is fun, the drinks menu is great, & I love the plants! Bonus: free wi-fi. They're not strict about the 90-min. seating limit during off hours. Be polite during high traffic & you’ll be fine!
Super cute and cozy coffee shop. Plan on only staying for 90 minutes though - it gets crowded and the staff will encourage you to move on out if you've overstayed your welcome (in a friendly way)
An oasis amid the noise of NYC, grounded is spacious and calming, perfect place for meeting friends, excellent menu. They always have interesting art as well.
