VERY nice hotel right on the beach, beautiful pool. GREAT service, food, drinks and awesome rooms. If you want something more classy than most hotels in this area, I HIGHLY recommend it.

Highly recommending to stay at the Club Level (8th&9th floors).. 5 courses w/ drinks throughout the day, definety worth the money. Overall, very impressed w/ Ritz Carlton Cancun!

The service down by the beach is great!! Just pull the little blue flag on your lounge chair up so it can be seen and someone will be at your service in what seems like seconds!!

On the positive side, the f&b staff were exceptionally friendly and delivered excellent service. Breakfast provides a breadth of choice and sets you up for the day

Try the Frozen margaritas! Delicious. Also ask for a little Ritz Carlton flag for the back of your lounger to signal when a refill is needed!

Cosmos are great and so are the Kobe beef sliders. Enjoyed the bar on Thanksgiving Day watching Dallas Cowboys play Philadelphia.

Rent a beach villa (cabana) for the day ($125). The price for the service and the shade is worth it! Includes a fruit bowl, 2 water & corn chips with guacamole and salsa.

It is trurly appriciated to have come to a location where the profession of Hotelier lives on. The staff is the most impressive aspect of our stay this far. From the driver to the bellman all pros.

A little disappointed with internal communications - requests were not carried out and had to be repeatedly followed up. Plus the small things were repeatedly missed i.e. Complimentary newspaper etc
