    Housekeeping open my hand-cream and take some of it. Air conditioner does not work, and the kitchen ceiling leaking water. Valet parking service broken automatic transmission of my car👎🏻👎🏻

    This hotel is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. They claim that they are a 4 star hotel but I would recommend 3 star. Reception staff are not trained and the hotel facilities are over used

    The left is so much bad! I always wait 15 min!!! And if I use the emergency stairs some doors is broken. The room is not good and not clean, the air condition also. Anyway the hotel is bad.

    The check in is not good .. It takes 25 min !! 👎 and it was only 2 family at the reception.
