- The Cardio Cinema is awesome!! If you have a tough time sticking with your cardio this is for you. Burn that fat and those extra calories while watching a movie. Time flies by!! :-)
- Always crowded but good machines help the situation. Need more nautilus-style machines for people who want to train one-set and go-to-the-next-machine style

- More than capable of proving the environment needed to get in shape. Many machines to use. Only issue, it can be overwhelmingly packed.
- They are redoing the layout as of Jan 1, 2019 - installing a turf area and moving Cardio Cinema around. Looks to be a good floor plan!
- Be sure to lock your lockers. I've had a jacket and a belt stolen out of my locker on 2 separate occasions. I should've learned the first time
- Great kids club and cardio cinema! Friday nights are a great time to go!

- Best time to go...early afternoon or around 830/9pm!
- Try the new TRX bands. Trainers have a guide if you've never used them.
- Alex V. is so much fun to work out with! He totally wore me out on Friday training session.
- Combat on mondays with regina and thursdays with carrie are both rock star.
- Working out in the am is less crowded and easier to use machines
- Fitness for an extra 5 minutes every time you spot someone you have stared at while they were sleeping.

- Monday's are pretty bad, lots of people punishing themselves for the past weekend. Save yourself the trouble and go for a run instead.

- Kyra OliverApril 25, 2010Step mill. Do an hour at level 13-15. Remember to stay light on your fingers meaning, don't lean on it and try to NOT hold on too tightly. It's a waste of time unless you do it right.
