Zumba with Keesha on Tues night at 7:30 is such an awesome class and Body Pump with Amy on Wed at 6 PM is great as well! Great facility!
Great facility! For ladies on the shy side, there is a ladies only workout room attached to the locker room!
Great location but whoever designed the mind/body studio should have put it in a corner by itself! Not in between 2 other class rooms!
Try BodyAttack with Tammy Tuesdays 6:30-7:30pm. It hurts, but if you want to shake things up this is the way to go.
You know you're a regular here when you can operate the broken water fountain with your finger
The cinema is nice but needs more treadmills and the sound on the movie is always too low. I wish they'd post when the movie starts.
Don't get attached to a trainer. They run 'me off as fast as they hire them.
