- Lisa J-F.May 25, 2012Staff was very helpful. Hotel has no wifi in rooms and no air conditioning. Room were clean, though. Not a 4 star, but not a bad place to stay. Close shopping center, docks and casino.

Particularly disappointing. No wifi in rooms and the whole place is a little shabby, broken stuff in rooms etc. I expect more from a 4* De Vere hotel.
