The service is pretty relaxed (slow), but once you really strongly indicate you need service it is efficient. Amazing range of Belgian beers and a nice menu - not Latvian more ‘Belgian-ish’

Very average food, suspiciously bland tap beer (e.g. Grimbergen). Steak is NOT recommended, especially the one with green pepper sauce. Beer snacks are OK.
