It is a one of a kind idea for Manhattan. It is the first indoor market with a variety of different food stands, unique snacks, meals and fresh produced supplied by Heermance Farm Purveyors.
Italian sandwiches! I never got so much prosciutto in a sandwich in my life. The guy just kept cutting and adding slices like there's no tomorrow. The set up of the food court is really nice and cosy.

Champion coffee is delicious, ask for a whole cinnamon stick to soak in it! Omelette place in the corner is the best for that brunch feeling or lobster roll. MUCH quieter than Chelsea market!! (shhh)
Fairly new foodcourt with a great variety of offerings right from crepes to lobster sandwiches at edys. Do try the hot panini gelato at Mo. Also on weekends they run out of a lot of food by 5pm.
[Restaurant/Bar] Our favorite food court, offering everything from a quick thai delight at the bar by the entrance to French crepes and good lattes. Lots of seating in the back.
The place offers sauté a golden bun in butter and season it with freshly chilled lobster chunks dressed in mayo, celery, lemon juice and salt and pepper with a side of New England potato chips. Read more
So many options. If you go for an arepa get it plain without meat or cheese to really enjoy the arepa flavor. Also the squeeze truck is a favorite of mine.
Avoid Chelsea market crowd and try this before the crowd discovers it. up-scale food market with a lot of food of the World options. Try the healthy vendor (chicken wrap!). Don't do pasta truck, too$$
Competition is fierce between the Italian sambo and the shawarma spots. If you wait long enough, inbetween the two, you could fill up on the free samples they throw around.

Really fun to try different types of food. Like Chelsea market, but without the crowds and chaos. Not all the vendors were open but not sure if that's because they're ramping up or some take a day off
Unfortunately now as busy as Chelsea Market and with even less space to navigate the crowds. Might be quieter at non-peak times (Saturday afternoon, December '14)
Not totally complete yet but looks gorgeous. Lots of great sandwich and dessert places. Tacombi tacos is here also. I had the sushi. It was ok not great.
