the grill’s salads are prepared with delicious, homegrown vegetables from an onsite organic garden. all salads may be ordered with a sliced, marinated chicken breast or flank steak on top for an additional fee.

Mad Greek Salad

Garden-fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, kalamata olives, onions and feta cheese, tossed with our homemade vinaigrette.

the grill’s popular, new york-style, 12-inch pizzas are hand tossed, made to order and cooked on stone in the grill’s pizza ovens. all are made with mozzarella cheese and a homemade pizza sauce.

the grill’s burgers are made from the all-natural, local beef cattle offered by wyoming custom meats. all are served on a toasted, sesame-seed bun with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and mayonnaise and come with a choice of french fries or coleslaw. customers may substitute a grilled, marinated chicken breast or veggie burger at no extra charge.
