- G .February 28, 2012Dry-Age NY Sirloin & Rib Eye are fantastic. Have your steak cooked one level below what you really want (ie Medium-Rare if you want Medium). Buttnut Squash soup best ever had.
- Stick with the steak for a main. Save room for toffee pudding... shrimp & grits appetizer is excellent
