Everything is great here, but our favorites are the polar bear, dancing eel, and dynamite rolls. Also, this location is way better than their Waterford location.

Fuji Sushi is really good, if you're into western-style rolls which are heavy on the rice, mayo and sauces. Overall, quality is decent and prices are fair.

Best sushi in town. Aqua, lake mary, rock and roll, volcano roll are all awesome. Don't leave without ordering the cheesecake - to die for! :)
