Having a great time! Hot tub is hot. Area is warm. The slides land in the lazy river so no hurry to get off the tube. Of course we came during the week instead of weekend so no crowd and no wait.

I LOVE this place. Great service and restaurants. Sure the place could use some updates in the room but I think that adds to the charm.

Unlike the other posts, as a single mom I found cheapest rate through Expedia. Kids are happy and mom with her beer is as well

The chlorine in the air is thick. If you or child has even a touch of asthma, you might want to reconsider visiting. The life guards are amazing and polite. The air was very warm.

Staff was amazing. Water park was good for hours. No lines, very polite lifeguards. Hotel is chilly-nice sleep temperature. I will hopefully be returning. (:

Overall operations does not meet the full potential of the site. Service and focus on customer experience could be a whole lot better than it is today.

Waterpark is great! Hotel and staff not so great. Do the waterpark, stay somewhere else.

Not worth it. Water park was ok but they could care less about keeping the place clean. Trash and food everywhere. Arcade was a joke - don't even get tokens out. Every game ate them. Go to Great Wolf.

This place is what you make of it. The rooms are very outdated (they don't even make Zenith TV's anymore) and water park is mediocre at best. Staff is mediocre, no problems but def not outstanding.

This place sucks! Outdated, understaffed and what staff they have is oblivious. Restaurant is a damn joke and you better have some loot. Stay away from here.

This is place SUCKS! The air temp is around 68 degrees, 20 min lines, rude staff, cold and overcrowded hot tub. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! $60 WASTED!
