Good option for a reasonably priced Gold Coast lunch. That said, if you're not extremely judicious with filling your plate at the salad bar, the price can soon rival the expensive restaurants nearby.

One of the best psuedo-buffet place on Michigan Avenue. The hot food selections at the back changes monthly to match the time of the year.

Delicious, fresh food. And, it has a really nice bar you can relax and have a glass of wine at, either after shopping or a long work day :)
Be careful about the weight on your plate... Highly recommend the mashed potatoes and meatloaf. Great soups. And make sure to customize your Coke drink!
Their fruit is always fresh and juicy! Grab some pineapple, watermelon, grape fruit slices and a coconut water as fresh snack

They use really high quality greens in their salad bar, like Tiny Greens organic spring mix and sprouts!
Go take a look at their food bar!!! Incredible!!! Spspsps *Drooling*- Kenny, The sommelier at the wine bar, was on the Food Network show, Chef Hunter, ask him about it.
