This is a real nice feel good fitness studio for women. Highly recommend trying new things like pole dance (Lindy is my fav instructor).
Loving Flirty Girl Fitness Lincoln Park. Glad there is valet and daycare. Pole dance 101 is fabulous, one of the greatest things I've done. Definitely something for everyone to try at least once.
Friendly staff, dedicated instructors and trendy professional Nail techs, what more could you ask for in a fitness club?!

Wednesday Booty Beat with Jaiden is a really good cardio workout.- Arrive early for access to the parking lot. Otherwise, street parking and access to a satellite parking lot are available.
- Daycare is available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am until 4:30pm -- for all the haute Mommas.
Take Kristen's Pole 101 session on Wednesdays. Its awesome!
- Avoid Ogden during construction. If you are running late for class, take advantage of their valet service.
