Cozy, cute and no fuss restaurant. Open kitchen. Good food. My favorites were the pork buns and the eggplant buns. Love the abundance of vegetarian options.

I am in love w/ this place! Burdock root & miso eggplant buns- a must! Chicken wings are dynamite - the sauce is spicy. The special beef & rice bowl w/egg on top.MMM, we scraped the bowl clean.

Fresh and unfussy Japanese cooking reigns here. Though not always perfect, it's earnest and vegetable-forward, hardly a challenge to make a good meal.

Food is ok. Love the (sake / green tea/lavender)ice cream. Service is poor , not friendly, don't plan to go back unless for the ice cream.
