Memberships

Membership Process‏

Memberships can be filled out at the club anytime.

You must have a valid ID, be at least 21, in dress code, and act accordingly to apply.

If you are approved your card will be ready within 14 days. You are NOT a member until you have this card in your hand.

You will recieve an email about your membership status when available.

If you are denied, you may reapply...from scratch.

Members may bring 2 guests who act and dress appropriately.

Memberships can't be applied for online.

You must also have a membership sponsor - a member of the club that can suggest you as a likely candidate.

Memberships can't be issued when applied for. They are reviewed by a membership committee.

Failure to properly complete your application will result in denial.

Memberships can also be revoked at any time at Fallout's discretion.
