If you're driving and want to save some money on parking, park in the Aon Center garage or the Prudential garage, which are right next to the hotel. Hotelparking is $58/24 hours, garages are ~$32.
Love views of MilleniumPark from rooms facing So. Service is always good, this time everyone responded quickly and effectively to my requests. This is still the best option in Streeterville.
In the Lobby of the Fairmont you can find a wine place known as Oenology which is a great place to grab a glass of wine! Also their in house Sushi place has winesicles!
Nice view from our room. You can see a bit of Lake Michigan and Millennium Park too. And wouldn't you know it, the hotel just happens to have a wine theme.
During Earth Hour, Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park will go dark in the lobby and restaurants and will donate $1 to WWF for each every Earth Hour wine flight, cheese flight and cocktail sold.
Rooms are comfortable and modern. However, the Enology wine bar and Aria restaurant aren't good...no draft beers anywhere on sight. Luckily, Filini, the restaurant across the street is awesome.
Don't buy shots at this bar and look at the receipt. Monica the bartender is a great entertainer however so it makes it all worth it. Shower and wi fi suck otherwise a nice hotel
Suites are beautiful, worth the upgrade if you are here for a few nights. Had a perfect view of the marathon start line, best place to stay for the race.
If you're feeling like a high roller, put your money where your mouth is & book a room on the Fairmont Gold floor, where a Fairmont Gold Manager will act as your personal assistant. Read more
Have stayed here many times and overall I really like it. However, I agree that water pressure in the shower isn't great and depending what room you're in, the walls are super thin. Boo!
Pros: close to Millennium Park, Navy Pier & the Theater District. Valets are the most personable & knowledgeable staff there. Cons: mediocre rooms, unhelpful front desk attendants & unreliable wifi.
Oh wow is this overpriced. I would much rather stay at a "red roof inn" than this place. Service makes you feel like you don't belong and you aught to be slumming it. Have fun 1%. This place blows
To add to my previous comment, there's a couple making out right now in the lobby bar. Everything here screams tacky. At least the company is paying for my stay here.
