Sergey S. • September 2, 2013Hang a coat and have shoes ready by the door. Be ready to film the monthly Othmer light show of fire alarms outside.
Michael S. • January 19, 2013This is a decent place to live for first time interns like myself to the Grand city of New York (and I guess specifically Brooklyn). Cheap, safe, and close to the subway and a ton of restaurants.
Mari • May 23, 2012Just ask the housekeepers on how things work from showers to laundry cards and washer machines They are very helpful
HashtagNYU • June 14, 2013If you live here, you can roll out of bed mere minutes before class and still arrive on time.
HashtagNYU • September 15, 2015You can print in the basement lounge if you're an NYU Housing member! Fun fact, right?
Julie E. • October 17, 2013Broome is the hidden gem of NYU residence halls. Situated in a prime location with very large rooms and a great community, it is the place to live.
7A Partnership • June 26, 2013Brand new lounges in the basement! Check out the fantastic new Communal Lounge with full kitchen, beautiful furniture, and an LED TV.
Daniel d. • January 27, 2011I don't like criticising just for the fun of it but some of the security personnel in this building need to get a Thesaurus for St. Valentine's so they can look up the words "manners" and "courtesy".
Eli S. • December 25, 2011Guys, don't try to get past the security guards. They will tackle at will!
Marco V. • October 18, 2011Try the California Roll - It's #sushi!
Tim D. • August 18, 2018Lovely res hall. I assume it’s one of the newer ones, bc u can do laundry with your NYU card and they have doors instead of turnstiles
HashtagNYU • July 7, 2016The preserved part of St. Ann's church sitting in Founders' front courtyard gives the residence hall a certain gothic vibe.
Lauren S. • November 6, 2014One of the best computer labs on campus is in the basement.
Anna G. • February 12, 2014Pretty damn awesome. Used to be the most expensive hotel south of midtown and the lobby is gorgeous. I just wish my floormates had the same respect for such a historical building that I do.
HashtagNYU • February 25, 2015Besides the really big and spacious lounges, theres also free printing on the 3rd floor!
C • July 18, 2010Use the single elevator to get to floors 1-8, and/or walk up to 9 or 10. Much faster!
Ashley R. • June 4, 2013Meredith Wilson... is a MAN!
Ryan C. • January 22, 2013Not necessarily the swankiest place to live, but it does have a nice first floor lobby with treadmills. Definitely an alternative for those that live on 113th/114th and don't want to go to Dodge.
