Jennifer C. • March 26, 2016Really nice hotel, the restaurant has great food and cocktails. The pool in the spa was so cold tho and it is at the top of a really steep hill - don't pull your cases up, get a cab or the tram!

lies v. • April 10, 2013Beautiful authentic victorian hotel. But be prepared for small rooms. And sharing your shower. Easy acces to transportation and friendly staff. We've been here twice and will come back again!
Marie-Anne R. • September 1, 2012Hotel well situated in the heart of San Francisco. For restaurants, go to Union Street 3 blocks away. Breakfast is served in the lobby (!!!) in the morning. Free wifi but do not work well :(
