ZenFoodster • March 4, 2014My other fave: Soba seaweed salad has 4 different types of seaweed, tomatoes, & a yummy soy-sesame yogurt dressing. ;9
Jenny L. • April 10, 2017Hidden gem in midtown east. It's a Japanese eatery / piano bar / karaoke. They are so generous with the amount of sashimi they put into a bowl. $22 is so worth it for Uni don. Kirin draft is only $4.
ZenFoodster • May 26, 2013Grand opening special: 11pm-2am $1 draft beers & sake, $5-6 food specials (eg tonite's: tongue, scallion, chuck rib, fresh tender beef sushi)
Gene C. • March 21, 2018Hidden sushi bar tucked in the basement of Mifune serves an excellent 15-18 pieces omakase
ZenFoodster • October 4, 2014Love this bento shop for affordability, quality dishes & variety! My faves: Bibim noodle (less un-cooked egg!), Tofu Hamburg, Mabo tofu, Shrimp tempura w/ mountain veggies atop soba, & tofu bread.
Zayed K. • June 21, 2015Totto Spicy Ramen is still the best bowl of ramen in the city. But if you want more heat, you can get the extra spicy ramen and ask for the spicy sauce on the side.
Lori L. • March 6, 2015The Tan Tan Ramen is the standout here, featuring ground pork, scallions, bok choy, and wavy noodles in a spicy Chicken Miso Broth. Credit card minimum of $20.
Jeff B. • June 3, 2023Nice quiet place with nice ambient. Place was empty and food was pretty fast. Tried the pork gyoza (8.5/10), peking duck (8.5/10, lower pik), tonkotsu ramen (6.5/10, a bit dilute, upper pik).
