Ed E. • July 26, 2015Beautiful park. Lots of walking, a great pond with a waterfall, and a good playground.
The Ritz-Carlton • September 13, 2012Sabino Canyon is a dream for wilderness hikers and mountain bikers. There are plenty of creeks, cacti and critters to enjoy (particularly at night) as well trail tram rides every 30 minutes.
john b. • November 7, 2014Great place for a short hike and sack lunch. Sunset is gorgeous from here. Very quite, feels like your miles from the hustle and bustle!! LOVE IT!
Matthew B. • June 9, 2010Challenging hike! Great views of the city from the top. Paved road with switchbacks. It's a university research center, so there are restrictions on when it's open to the public.
Kristin • April 15, 2014Hike to the maiden pools will take approximately 1.5 hours. Bring plenty of water and snacks to enjoy once you reach the top. Watch out for rattlesnakes. No dogs are permitted on the trail.
Nancy H. • June 6, 2015Perfect for active folks. Bike, hike, leashed dog walking, walking or running with a stroller. Do not enter the wash in the rainy season, and yes, critters live in and around the wash.
Carla T. • February 25, 2014Please keep your dogs on a leash! This is not a doggie park, but a great park to walk your dog.
Samantha B. • April 8, 2013Great dog park! Avoid drama from the occasional crazy dog owner and it's a great place to let the pups let out some energy.
Dustin C. • June 19, 2011Wow. Splash park is super fun for the little ones. Big shaded area for the parents.
Diana R. • March 9, 2013The newly marked Gilbert Jimenez trail is 1 mile from the lower parking lot. Used by mountain bikers and walkers. Very beautiful, short hike. Dog friendly!
Dallas Doozy M. • January 2, 2012I'm from the grassy East coast; I love grass, so I go here sometimes to stretch and walk or run ;)

Diana R. • April 5, 2013Elvis Presley did a famous concert here in the 60s. There is a great Rodeo Museum, too!
Judy B. • November 18, 2013Visited here a while ago - still remember beauty. Beautiful display of desert flowers and birds. Interesting bookstore.
Jamison C. • June 29, 2011The kiosks in the back hallway house video and audio recordings going back over fifty years, check them out. The Olga Broumas performance of Elytis' poetry is pretty incredible.
Amanda M. • December 1, 2014Very cool place. Fun trails- my favorite part was the "field goal". Takes about 3 hours to ride the loop ( +\-). Worth checking out!
Remco S. • January 17, 2016Awesome place to go hiking just outside Tucson. Hike to the little dam for a nice picnic on the rocks with the sounds of running water.
eric b. • January 2, 2023Nice smallish national park. The east side feels a bit closer to houses but has more trails.
Skylar P. • May 17, 2017There are 3 separate areas here, separated by size for large, medium, and small dogs. The medium and large dog areas are quite dirty/dusty. The small dog area has more grass and plenty of room.
