Best R. • September 13, 2012One of the best kept secrets in Rome. They have an all-you-can-eat selection in the evenings for just 5 EUR. Rich selection of high-quality, authentic, grandma-approved food (tavola calda). Delicious!
Marianna . • January 28, 2017Amazing bakery great selection for lunch time. Pizza and sweets were delicious!
Dara S. • September 13, 2015Trapizzino con polpette al sugo (meatballs in tomato sauce) , tongue and tripe sandwiches are also great.
Petr J. • August 26, 2020Sandwich no. 1 (the most popular with scottona beef) is currently for €5 but still incredibly delicious! One sandwich is enough for 2, save some space for other delicacies from the market.
Gino M. • March 3, 2012Fresh Italian cornetti everyday made with butter (instead of the usual lard)! With walnuts or plain are great!
Irina L. • September 17, 2017Go here for traditional Roman fried food (deep-fried rice balls stuffed with mozzarella and zucchini flowers) and oxtail ragout! No tourists here, only locals ;)
Johanna E. • October 29, 2017Great, popular local restaurant. Over 2 floors (plus outside). Typical Roman food - tried delicious mixed vegetables starter, fried artichoke and classic pasta dishes (arrabbiata etc). Staff friendly!
Alexander L. • April 1, 2018Both the cacio e pepe and gricia are simply oustanding. One of the best classic Roman meals in town.
Bo • June 25, 2016Self service lunch place with amazing food: pizza, salads, stuffed veggies, fried "súppli". All very friendly prices and delicious! 🍝

Ekaterina M. • December 30, 2016Quite a nice cozy place. We came here for lunch. Pasta is nice - we absolutely loved the Bombolotti all Amatriciana. No need for reservation.
Leah S. • December 31, 2013A perfect place to spend New Years in Rome! We were the only English speakers in the restaurant. Both ambiance and the food were divine. Try the artichokes for antipasti and the oxtail for secondi!
Gino M. • March 6, 2012Try their special homemade fettucine pasta with chicory, garlic and pecorino cheese... Very tasty! Great service too, hard to find in Rome!
AJ @. • September 23, 2018The Dulce de Leche was wonderful. Would be great to have a milk chocolate option.
Marina Noelia C. • March 27, 2017This is for sure where the locals eat. Rigatoni alla carbonara is a must. Also carciofo alla romana
Zia Patty M. • January 21, 2022Passi makes the BEST fried Castagnole ‘bites’! And I love their Sicilian ‘not biscotti’ - full of nuts including pistachio, the REAL DEAL. They have a delightful tavolo caldo - don’t not miss this.
