Beth S. • May 8, 2014Awesome museum, very interactive. Great for kids third/fourth grade and up.
Tim B. • June 26, 2017A hidden gem in Springfield, their exhibit days have an impressive display of historical equipment and detail. The museum itself is small but covers elements of all Illinois military involvement
Marielle S. • December 22, 2012Just avoid the luminaria tour, the normal tour was wonderful that I took in June. knowledgeable staff and great info- time to absorb the beauty of the house
Rachel F. • December 15, 2012There is no tree in the middle. If you want to see an awesome state museum drive 6 hrs north to MI. They have a tree growing in the middle of the museum. A must for state museums
Jana A. Kri • July 2, 2016One of the best presidential museums. Frankly, we had so much fun at the souvenir shop - don't leave without a cool gadget!
Brook C. • April 20, 2013Check out the Camp Butler: A CIvil War Story exhibit downstairs until October 2013!
Erik R. • October 6, 2016This is the National Korean War Museum. Tours are free and provide insight and displays of the conflict. Worth a visit, but wish it was grander for a National archive: 36,500 Americans died in this.
Mary E. • September 5, 2023Last stop in Springfield w/Sean - museum, drinks & appetizers, gift shop and plant shop - left with cute hoodie & bracelet.
