Nic L. • January 4, 2018Great staff- newer rooms and comfortable beds. A bit oddly set up with multiple buildings but overall nice experience.
Lene.e ~. • November 30, 2019Lovely hotel! The property is massive so it’s easy to get lost. Great service, views, and cocktails!
Veronica A. • September 2, 2013Amazing Sunday brunch, expensive but worth it if you plan on driving. Bottomless mimosas & bloody Mary's!
Lau V. • October 11, 2015Feeling like home. One of the best B&B in the world. Perfect for every point of view. Great breakfast. Service and hospitality at the top. Beautiful room (Sun room with big terrace I suggest) n garden
Ashley Q. • December 26, 2011Complementary hot chocolate, coffee, tea, fruit, and trillions of other sweet goodies in the cozy Victorian lobby.
Andre W. • July 7, 2013Great little hotel 1 block from the beach. Walk to State street, food and they have free bikes!

Aida • November 25, 2012If you love a hotel with charm, and character, this is the perfect place. Our room was a little small, but had great linens, plush towels and a romantic decor that reflected the Montecito vibe.
Visit Santa Barbara • September 17, 2012The Lemon Tree Inn is located at the historic site of the first motel-style lodging property in California. Enjoy the tropical courtyard, Crocodile Restaurant and Bar and hydro spa!
Sierra S. • July 24, 2011Nice big rooms, pet friendly, complimentary bikes, beach chairs, and they greet you with a gift basket filled with fruit and other treats
Toni F. • May 3, 2012Love that they upgraded me when they could - truly comfortable and hedonistic. Between the fireplace, jacuzzi, weekend breakfast, and great location near town, we were thrilled!
Peter H. • May 21, 2017Beautiful resort. Amazing view from balconies and it's right next to the beach. Luxury.
Laura C. • October 9, 2012Free bike rental but they go quickly before noon. Rooms are very clean. I have checked many rooms in SB & this place was much cleaner than most. Free breakfast, wine & cheese, & cookies & milk times.
Laurassein • November 18, 2012Clean, cheap, with fridge, microwave, right on the beach front! The pool is tiny, but heated, great for seniors and kids as the steps are gradual and the depth is 3-6ft. Half mile from State street!
Kimberly R. • May 14, 2013Our room only $88 right on State! Super cute rooms and comfy! Would totally stay here again next time in SB!
