Chelsea E. • May 17, 2015Great selection here! Found a Mac Demarco album we'd been searching for all over and a cool Peanut Butter Wolf collection as well.
Danny N. • October 25, 2013If you catch the shop empty, kindly ask for a demonstration of the modular station. Good introduction to analog synths, a while new (old-school) way to generate tones & beats
Craig Anthony P. • August 23, 2012Been buying pedals from them online for the past few years when I lived in L.A.; now that I've moved to Portland I'm in guitar heaven! Great service and the best selection of boutique pedals anywhere!
Phillip E. • August 13, 2010These guys rock... good prices, very helpful, and they even buy instruments. They also have weird and old stuff you're not going to see in GuitarCenter. Checks em outs!
Murray • January 15, 2011Affable staff who occasionally stay open late if you're deep in the racks. Vinyl is in consistently "playable" shape. Price stickers don't peel easy, so take it easy when doing so!
Sean A. • April 21, 2011You can play and test out any instrument and they have just about everything. Just ask an employee to get you all hooked up. Be careful, you can lose hours in here playing with stuff you can't afford.
Jay • December 13, 2019Some Portland souvenirs and hand-made items, such as cups, soy candles, jewellery and even baby items. They also sell their own record. You may find something you like in there. Recommended!
Merrick M. • November 17, 2015If you can't find what you're looking for just ask, they might be able to order it for you!
Jacob W. • September 7, 2014Great selection of rare and exciting vinyl.
The Wall Street Journal • August 3, 2014They've got the best vinyl in town—obscure blues, old-time Americana, old funk, bluegrass, soul, all kinds of rare, out-of-print stuff. And check out their homemade compilation tapes.
