Shirley L. • September 26, 2015Really great mix of heart (cardio), strength (weights), and lengthening (Pilates springs) intervals. Clean, not too crowded but not too sparse to feel intimidated, and part of the Classpass network.
Shirley L. • October 3, 2015Great group training class! Came here on a Saturday AM through ClassPass w/ Omar as our PT. Felt like a mini personal training session w/ 3 girls, and tailored to your own level.
Alex M. • October 10, 2017Great location. Cheap as chips. On classpass too. Instructors very good and very nice. Highly recommend.
Cleo Y. • July 29, 2015Fun but hard work out! The classes are Revolutions (spin) and Hip Hop Club. Both are super friendly to newcomers. It's nice, has toiletries, towels, & shoe rentals. Flagship studio is in Palo Alto
Renee J. • October 28, 2010Don't go if you want to read 'anything' while on the machines. It's the darkest gym I've ever been to. Left & went to the Union Crunch, which is bright even when weather is bad.
Lia N. • January 17, 2015I definitely recommend getting trained by Natalie, the Barbell Blondie of this place. It's a great space and she's an amazing trainer.
Brittany S. • March 26, 2017They fit your bike perfectly so you can focus on form and strength. The class is also based on your fitness level. It was the better than soulcycle, flywheel, swerve, and equinox. Highly recommend.
Jason B. • November 10, 2017For a Holiday Inn, it’s a fancy one. Gym, pool, and laundry on the sixth floor.
