Khunghui Y. • September 10, 2010Excellent yakitori!! Must try the grilled pacific mackerel , asparagus with pork, garlic fried rice... And make a reservation unless you are willing to wait up to an hour for a seat!
Chee Wai W. • July 13, 2019Absolutely one of the best yakitori restaurants in Singapore. Very busy so make your reservation. Order Ji Momo, pork jaw w apple, nama tsukune and okonomiyaki.

Lina W. • July 16, 2013Love the Gyoza and Hiyashi ramen (Cold noodles in sesame sauce). Chashu fried rice is good too. For takeaways, I'd recommend their $8 bento that includes a chahan, 3 pieces of Gyoza & karaage chicken.
Yang R. • October 31, 2014The Michelin starred fine dining sushi restaurant is superb! I tried the omakase lunch Sakura set for around 200 sing dollars. Everything is perfect! The sushi is so fresh and tasty.
Nat M. • June 22, 2014Just sit back, let the chef do his magic & be prepared to have probably some of the best Japanese food in Singapore. Atmosphere is a little stern but adds to the dining experience. Service impeccable.

Marvin S. • August 17, 2014If you're craving for a great tonkatsu, Saboten is the place to go. Free refills on rice, finely shredded cabbage, and miso soup. For donburi fans, I recommend their Hunwari tenderloin katsudon!

Eileen L. • May 15, 2015Most excellent s habu shabu, must have the 3 different sauces - ponzu, Yuzu and sesame to add the bursting flavor !! Yum !!!
Ting • January 5, 2015Very popular with Japanese families so need reservations. However I prefer Yakiniku Yazawa at Robertson quay for better quality meat, service and ambience. And yes, that will be more $$ too.
