tonaka d. • November 18, 2013@Redwood Regional, I love the outdoors. Redwoods have a number of trails from beginner to advanced. Be sure to bring along water a some of the trails can be quite long.
Pamela W. • December 17, 2017Nice place in Oakland to go hiking, but go early due to limited parking.
Brian S. • October 13, 2015Gorgeous flat lawn open space bordered by redwoods, oaks, and BBQ grills. Fantastic play structure. Reserve a table ahead of time. Maybe the best place to have a kid's Birthday in the East Bay.
Danielle H. • December 7, 2016A nice hiking trail and seems to be dog friendly. There are a couple of uphill spots but overall not too bad and the views are beautiful!
Jason K. • February 12, 2013it's very comfortable way to ride a mountain bike. best way to improve ur mountina biking skills..
Nico P. • April 9, 2017"Huckleberry is a botanic marvel and can be explored via a 1.7-mile loop that takes two hours to hike and includes steep ascents, though less-strenuous options are available."
Sam🐨 L. • September 14, 2014Popular place for off-leash dog hiking. Watch out for huge piles of horse manure on the trails
Rebecca W. • February 29, 2016Has an off leash dog section. Lots of owners bring their dogs here to play.
Brian S. • March 31, 2016Beautiful views and the heart of JMP. #MTB this is the main artery through which many of the best loops connect.
Xander H. • June 18, 2011If you're biking, be on the lookout for broken clam shells on the trail (tire shredders) and suicidal ground squirrels that dive head-first under your tires. Also, the rangers are really nice.
Brian S. • April 15, 2016#mtb The extremely root-filled fall line path that was always a fun challenge is still rideable despite attempts at a reroute.
Sam🐨 L. • September 14, 2014The trail next to the creek winds around for about 3 miles round trip if you make it up the hill. Such a serene place in the middle of Oakland. I let my dog off-leash and haven't had any problems.
John R. • October 6, 2013Fantastic walk on a beautiful sunny and hot day! Great excercise!! Great family activity!
