Catherine W. • August 17, 2018Really nice museum with a lot to see. They even have free lockers to hold your stuff during your visit. Definitely worth it, especially if you have a the Reykjavík city card.
Michael L. • November 4, 2012Being inside this building is like being inside a quiet, vast, glacier. Rich, dark, volcanic basalt line the inner walls; sculptured glass form the outer case. Beautiful. Go to the 5th floor view.
Hrönn J. • February 6, 2016Fun place to visit especially with tourists from around the world. Nice people who works there and the whole little village has such a great history.
abigail. • February 5, 2018Very cool space for art - there is also a small lounge area with free coffee & a wonderful view of the harbor!
Andrés M. • April 1, 2021Definitely one off the finest the restaurants in Reykjavík (prices not too extortionate). By the harbour, out in the fish packing district, a nice walk from the city centre. If windy/rainy, get a cab.
Richard C. • April 23, 2017It's excellent atmosphere. There is a food truck outside with good seafood soup. And it's Iceland. So what's. It to like!
Jófríður • April 9, 2014Designed by master architect Alvar Aalto, Reykjavík’s Nordic House is a sight to behold & a great destination for an afternoon walk w/ an exquisite view of the city. Hosts art exhibitions & concerts.
Silvia Stella O. • August 8, 2013Great indie theatre in Reykjavik! All their movies have subtitles in english, and the guys are really nice suggesting you what's on too! :)
Hannah K. • July 25, 2019Love this place! The ice cave was amazing. Cool exhibits and wonderful view from the rooftop.
Emilie F. • November 21, 2015It might feel weird to go to a hostel bar but the food is delicious and it's a wonderful place to hang out on a rainy afternoon.
Stephanie • December 30, 2016Small but worthy, admission from hafnarhus is good here, too and the installations are well put together.
Robbie G. • January 6, 2013Small, good quality exhibitions and free admission in the heart of Reykjavik. What more do you want?
abigail. • February 5, 2018Worth the trip, very interesting if small museum with excellent sculptures on display.
Fukejř🧗 M. • October 14, 2018You can literally feel the great Icelandic history here! Worth to see it. It's perfectly produced.
Maya S. • January 25, 2017Great in-English comedy show on Mondays uniting tourists, expats and locals alike. Stop by and grab a pint.
Harri M. • November 6, 2021A tiny museum in an old underground toilet telling you the history of Icelandic punk. More a story on the walls than. A collection of music over headphones. Imho, a must-visit if you are around.
