Akku c. • October 23, 2023カキフライ定食1870円をいただきました。ちょっとお高めだがめっちゃ旨！カキフライ定番の中濃ソースも出してくれるのだが、ここでは塩で食べるのだそうだ。単なる塩ではなく、沖縄海洋深層水から製塩した塩だそうで、まろやかで微かな甘みもある。聞けばいろいろ教えてくれて楽しい。また来ます。
