Rinnapat • March 18, 2016Yoga studio with a cafe and a salon. The studio is cozy. It has showers and towels. Free WiFi and valet service. Mats are provided. Not accessible via public transportation but worth going there.
Анна К. • April 5, 2016Hot yoga, I loose 5 kg at 10 times that I play yoga at that place! It's incredible feeling after 90 minutes at class go out and take shower! Amazing!!
Rinnapat • April 2, 20163 studios: main open area and 2 small studios. Classes include Pilates and different types of yoga. Mats and towels are provided. Showers are available. Nice studio but not easy to reach from BTS.
Ting • July 12, 2016Nice gym in a mall compared to the outlet at Empire Tower which is in an office bldg. Don't like the Mind and Body studio being designed like a fish tank though. Power yoga class really challenging.
Tee C. • March 27, 2013You should bring your own yoga mat for yoga class, actually they provides in class but so smelly with many people sweat.
