@juliefogg F. • November 19, 2019I like the 360 room for floor work. Plenty of mats and then a huge area on the other side that can fit 10-15 people in a row for headstands or any type of yoga or martial arts moves. Nice staff.

Brooke • May 27, 2012Absolutely the BEST gym in the LBC! Aquatic, spin, yoga, pilates, cardio, dance, bball, circuit training, sauna AND state of the art machines. It's clean, friendly and affordable, so join ASAP!
