AmateurConcierge • October 13, 2018Awesome dog run about 20 min outside of downtown. Nice trail, agility course and a bunch of open space
U.S. Environmental Protection Agency • June 27, 2012Check out this historical Documerica photo of industrial plans on the Duwamish Waterway. Take a photo of the area today and share it with our State of the Environment Photo Project.
Leigh K. • June 29, 2015Absolutely my new favorite park, shade, tables, swimming, walking trails and beaches 👍🏻😉💛
Jason E. • July 1, 2013Love the new spray park. We went on opening weekend so it was kind of a madhouse. But our 2.5 year old had a great time. Shade is in short supply, so consider a pop-up shelter or umbrella.
Dest S. • February 22, 2014This park is basically a forest with trails. Great for dog walking and communing with nature.
Wendy H. • November 8, 2011The trail around the pond is exactly one quarter mile. There are benches, picnic tables, trash/recycle receptacles and doggy bags. A nice view of the city, too.
Egan F. • September 11, 2015Love this park as there's lots for kids to explore. Play fort, skate park, swings, climbing structures, etc. However, there's a fair amount of riff-raff too so pay attention.
Andy W. • February 20, 2012A new neighborhood park owned by the Seattle School District. There's a children's playground, tennis courts, a softball field and a large grass field. A great addition to the Westwood community!
David H. • July 23, 2012The Duwamish tribe called this area "Hah-ah-poos" - for a type of basket cap worn by those who lived here for at least 1,400 years.
