Anna J. • November 19, 2010Some retailers on M Street use Oxford for all of their alterations. Miss Pearl, the seamstress, is stern, polite, religious. She may offer you religious fliers so don't go if you'd be put off by that.

Monica • March 15, 2012Open 7am to 7pm with same day dry cleaning. Prices are about half of the Westin's dry cleaning service though no SPG pts as Hope Cleaners does not take Amex.
