Dave R. • August 4, 2016Although it is cheap, it's incredibly noisy. They even give you earplugs as part of the amenities. Not only is it right next to two highway overpasses and a train depot, the walls are super thin.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK • January 18, 2013The Scandal Bar at the Citizen Hotel is a great place for a cocktail party. It is a very fun atmosphere with with framed napkins signed by each celebrity that had been to the Scandal Bar.
