        Teresa • August 10, 2021This used to Shanghai Deluxe, but they changed their name in 2021. The menu is identical and the restaurant still has the pretty neon lights. I like their Shanghainese dishes such as soup dumplings!

        Dell • February 11, 2020The Soup Dumplings are amazing here. Joe's Shanghai may have moved out of this spot, but their original kitchen staff remained. So this place would be better than the New Joe's Shanghai.
