Roger S. • December 9, 2012Highly recommended both for the exhibits - interesting for adults but many child-friendly too - as well as the amazing vintage subway cars that you can explore.
Naked B. • January 28, 2012This is a really nice museum down in th Seaport. It's not the biggest, but for $5 it's worth every penny if you're down there. I'm happy that it has re-opened, the space by itself is worth it.
Precious M. • November 11, 2021The exhibition was fantastic. There is a wealth of material regarding the Revolutionary War period. The exhibits were real, and there were some beautiful images as well.
James C. • March 22, 2015Great informative small museum. Well worth it. Support the renovations and expansions with the suggested donation.
Al W. • February 27, 2015Sign up for their email list and get the heads up on their special events. Poetry, workshops, art.
Aya R. • January 16, 2010no matter who's artist is showing here, the building alone is worth the visit.
Bianca P. • July 14, 2013Be sure to visit the 4th floor cafe. The views alone are worth it. I'd imagine this is a phenomenal event space.
MuseumNerd • December 10, 2011Visit the free Revolutionary War history museum atop the hill. The museum and the largest free-standing doric column in the world are designed by the lecherous Stanford White.
Joel W. • December 31, 2021I had a deep look around this gallery and read the website since then. He's productive, eloquent, and opinionated. None of the work strikes me as particularly amazing, challenging.
