Gables Maven • April 13, 2011If privacy & space are your thing, this 36-unit bldg w/ only 3 units/floor may be a good fit. Units have solid floor plans & good closet space. Drawback: parking garage across street kills views.

Marco • August 18, 2013Dexter's condo is in a private club(Bay Harbor Club).You can't enter if you are't a member....but you can take secretly pictures from a mattress (like me!!!)
