JiaYi W. • July 6, 2012受到坡县博友推崇的西安小吃~昨天特地横跨岛国跑去尝鲜~尤其喜欢油泼面，据说道地的油泼面在最后上桌前厨师会淋上一大勺滚油，面条经油泼面变得焦辣香脆，昨天未能尝到此境界，不过面条筋斗，酱料很赞，辣椒粉也很入味，即使经不住呛辣还是有滋有味的消灭了一整碗~另一特色臊子面有如加了大量醋的上海辣酱面，豆腐肉丁胡萝卜丁色彩鲜艳引人食欲，不过酸是酸，辣是辣，毫无融合感，感觉并未将应有的酸辣香发挥淋漓尽致~
