Ian • January 14, 2019A great hotel. The staff are lovely, the rooms are all first class, and if you get an executive room the lounge is fabulous. I would not stay anywhere else in Cardiff
Manuel B. • October 10, 2013It's a really nice hotel, clean, with amazing rooms. Unfortunately, when you have rooms in 20 floors, you really cannot have just two lifts!
Mark H. • July 14, 2013Great hotel, helpful staff. Get a room overlooking the river if you can. A great view in the morning.
Simone P. • October 23, 2014Great Hotel, perfect location between Railway Station & City Center, really amazing view from my room... :)
Lostboy R. • November 4, 2011Great service. Problems sorted immediately. Food & service in restaurant amazing! Highly recommend this hotel!!
Otel.com • September 10, 2012The restaurant here is great; it offers irresistible dishes such as gourmet burgers and succulent steaks.
Antony S. • June 9, 2014Hard beds, steep stairs to all floors, but very cheap for 2 people right in the centre of the city
Stanislav I. • May 8, 2013This is my 6th time in the hotel - very convenient location, good breakfast, clean, helpful staff.
Richard B. • December 18, 2011The food can be variable, but the afternoon tea with sandwiches, scones and cakes is excellent
Cleber F. • 2 weeks agoGreat location and find. The hotel lobby and halls can seem a bit dated but rooms are really good. We had a great experience with a cozy bed.
Dizzy L. • June 25, 2011Guests of Ibis Hotel should visit dizzy llama restaurant just up the road on Churchill Way - show your room key for 10% discount, don't forget to check in!
Fran N. • February 22, 2015Nice hotel in Cardiff city centre. There is a recepcionist which is very unlikable though.
Edward N. • January 7, 2012Room 107 is large enough to host pre-drinking and has a windowsill to chill booze in winter. Plus a bath. Although its at the front so a bit noisy. Solution: drink heavily for restful slumber.
Danil B. • November 23, 2012Good hotel - nice breakfast and big bed/room. But there is only hot water in the washbasin tap, oops!
Jon W. • February 15, 2010Unless you plan on being out until the early hours of the morning, choose a room at the rear of the hotel on the second or third floors. It's quieter that way.
