Wen H. • February 9, 2017If you've ever wondered what the right way to make your own yakiniku - this place is a must visit. The beef cuts are all fantastic, but save room for the pork jowl.
Ceara P. • February 26, 2018Have ‘the experience’ for 2 people. All the food was delicious and the house sake went down a treat.
Yiling D. • March 10, 2017Great whisky selection, knowledgeable bartender, excellent sumiyaki bites.
R • December 27, 2019They use Japanese food to cook authentic Italian dishes. The food was fresh and good quality. The taste was authentic. I found it was a bit overpriced.
Ryan O. • February 15, 2016Medium-fatty tuna was a highlight. Chef Harada is extremely knowledgeable (and fun to talk to) -- I learned a lot about sushi (in particular, fish aging) at dinner.
Vincent T. • March 17, 2018One of the best unagi I've had. Comparable to the ones in Japan. Worth the queue and wait
Sun B. • September 20, 2020Fresh sashimi and various sake! Food and sake are reasonable, really nice izakaya:)
Ronald I. • August 12, 2016Very good tempura, great value at $13.90+ for the "special", which comes with prawn, chicken, and vegetable tempura; includes steamed egg and soup by the side.
Edd • September 9, 2020A well-kept secret hideout where u’ll see more Japanese customers than locals. Perfectly deep fried Tonkatsu, karaage & tempura at prices that are bafflingly reasonable. Also, Sapporo draft at $5.50😮
Elizabeth L. • September 30, 2014Chirashi worth a mention. Portions may look small but the fresh sashimi fill you up good. Freshly grated wasabi was shiok. Refreshing hits to ur tastebuds. Chicken teriyaki's skin got crunch to it.
Cheen T. • January 13, 2023Enjoyed the prawn tempura the most. The batter was light & crispy, prawn was sweet
kisacake • October 22, 2015Sushi chain from Malaysia. Sushi is mediocre and rice falls apart easily. Tempura soba and takoyaki were decent. Chawanmushi was good. Quite good value for the price, but not outstanding.
Ting • March 23, 2019Sashimi are fresh. However rice seasoning of the kaisendon is kinda off. Too salty n sour. Highly recommend the flounder karaage which is fried to a crisp even the bones can be eaten.
Valerie P. • December 23, 2011The sashimi was so fresh, but definitely on a more pricier end than other set lunches around. The place feels very exclusive.
Frances H. • September 2, 2011Prawns super not fresh!!! I rather leave nmy tempura there than have a tummy ache later on.
Jonathan L. • January 15, 2018A good variety of set meals that are priced reasonably.
Rachel • September 27, 2018Small cozy restaurant. Tried Indo chicken, Lamb shank & Mantou crab flakes👍 super yummy and portions are generous! 😍
Marc M. • February 3, 2016Best to be avoided. Was so far one of the worst Sushi places in Singapore with a premium price tag. Got orders wrong or prepared dishes differently. Chargeable appetizers.
