Jennifer C. • March 26, 2016Really nice hotel, the restaurant has great food and cocktails. The pool in the spa was so cold tho and it is at the top of a really steep hill - don't pull your cases up, get a cab or the tram!

James F. • March 7, 2020Be careful which way you turn when you leave the hotel. It’s right on the edge of Tenderloin which is full of crazy people. I felt a little unsafe out walking by myself.
