Banu D. • July 17, 2017Relaxing to go for a walk or run. Flowers bloom all year long. In the spring and summer it is fun to watch the birds raise their offspring.
Clara E. • August 3, 2010Lovely walk. Flat, lots to see and nice park and cafe. Pubs at other end. Bonus.
Marc E. • May 5, 2017If you're walking, running or chasing the dog, Café Castan offers the best respite - hot food, drinks and snacks - Croeso Cymraeg!
John 忠威 suɐɥ D. • November 8, 2014A beautiful oasis in the city centre. Check out the Hayes food bar in the centre.
Ceri G. • June 1, 2013If you follow the main path right to the top of the park, there is a pond, and a little further up there is a huge field which is perfect for a picnic on a sunny day.
Chris • December 19, 2010Great views of the Torchwood Hub / Tower, but they've now built a hideous block of flats behind it. The other entrance (Mermaid Quay) has loads of tributes, cards etc & is regularly updated by fans.
Fjara ♡. • August 29, 2013Castle itself scenic. Would benefit with info plaques outside of exhibition area. Food expensive at the café besides the Welsh cakes - massive and great value. Shop is quaint; decent pricing.
Tim L. • April 12, 2010Playground is best when it's wet or raining, waterproof the kids and enjoy the uncrowded space and insanely fast slides - you will have to catch them however.....
Chris • May 3, 2011Cadwalader's ice cream parlor is on your left & is awesome, and the Aquabus trips into Cardiff or Penarth are a must!
BalanceFitness c. • January 27, 2013winter build snowmen, summer lay and relax, quite remarkable what you can do with a massive field
Cathy M. • July 7, 2013Much quieter than Roath Park. Bring headphones and something to eat/ drink as few facilities
Bart R. • May 20, 2012Gorgeous park with some nice tennis and basketball court. Ideal place for a chilling out.
Tim L. • May 30, 2010There is a great echo from the 2nd bench going up the path to the top level. It's bounces off the adjacent house. Reverb time 0.4 - clap and shout !
Craig N. • March 17, 2013Bring a load of pound coins with you - most things inside are £2 a go, like the diggers and pony rides. Indoor play area is great for small kids. The food at cafe can take a long time to arrive.
John 忠威 suɐɥ D. • October 14, 2014A nice small garden just in front of the museum. There is a Gorsedd stone circle from one of the National Eisteddfod visits to Cardiff
Enzo M. • October 1, 2021Nicely decorated plaza in between modern and traditional buildings on the seafront
