Amy C. • May 5, 2019Cute old movie theater. More charming, but less comfortable, than the modern megaplex theaters.
Vesper A. • October 9, 2017Mostly have gone here for theatre. The black boxes are great for intimate and interactive shows. Drinks are available at a small counter. Beautiful inside & good location. Parking can be annoying.
banafsheh g. • January 11, 2015The best movie theatre in town. Period. It's a pop up but I hope they make it a perm spot. Cool lounge with a good selection of wine, beer, snacks, comfy seats, not overpriced, great art house movies.
Maggie M. • December 25, 2015The IMAX experience was fun. You can buy tickets online and pickup at the box office. Cue up early for special events to get a good seat.
Audrey A. • June 11, 2012May get a bit too scary or loud for sensitive kids or kids with special needs. Recommend the video for grades 3-4 and up.
Molly C. • September 1, 2014Definitely get there early. I like to grab a beer before the snow with my friends. It's a great looking theater with comfy seats and a good location.
Max S. • July 28, 2016Very cool experience with a domed ceiling surround image + a flat image + ground lighting
Amy C. • March 3, 2018Really cool movie theater! There’s a bar in front, and their popcorn is amazing.
Matthew G. • July 13, 2013Smaller single screen movie theatre within the Nat'l History Museum. Great sound system, but the seating is untiered so sight lines can be obstructed if someone tall sits in front. Sit near the back.
Sonja S. • October 26, 2014Small theater; great new plays. "Absolutely! (perhaps)" was oddly intriguing (maybe)
Meg B. • July 15, 2012Check out the old photographs to see the history of the movie theater - turned - People's Church.
Jeremy C. • February 22, 2015Excellent location in Penn Quarter near museums, movie theaters and fun bars and restaurants. Wine happy hour in the lobby at 5p and, in the Spring and Summer, go w friends to the Poste patio to chill
