We Love Budapest • April 15, 2015Normafa is a great destination both in winter and summer. The busiest point of the Buda Hills is covered with pleasant walking trails, making it perfect for hiking as well as relaxing picnics.

Mark B. • June 28, 2018Very pretty with great views of Danube and Pest. Museum is closed on Monday’s. Take the Funicular from the base of the castle to the top. Cool little ride.

Szabolcs S. • February 14, 2012The venue itself is great, the food is correct, the desserts are the cherry on the cake. Send home crew and it will be the best spot around.
Mike P. • December 22, 2018Worth a trip there . Really nice park behind and off course close to the Széchenyi Baths
Beth P. • September 10, 2019Climb can be steep in some places but the views are amazing. Also a little place to buy drinks at the top
Vilim P. • September 23, 2015Nice park with a wide variety of roses, fountain, green grass, playground for children. Closed at night.
Ersinan C. • August 3, 2015Great to ride your bike from Pest. Stop at the many spots to get drinks and snacks. Perfect place to spend a summer day or night.
Chris K. • November 10, 2021The botanical garden is amazing. I love it here. There are so many different kinds of plants.
Marci S. • April 11, 2018For the adventurous. Take bus 65 to Fenyőgyöngye and hike 2.5 km to the lookout following the blue trail markings. Enjoy the view to the city or the sunset (best viewed from behind the radio mast).
Svetlana M. • October 20, 2019Wonderful spot for taking photos and walk around! Stunning view! Even nicer than Montmartre in Paris😊
Nick L. • September 16, 2015Beautiful place to sit and relax and watch the musical fountain. By far the nicest park in Budapest
Nantia M. • May 10, 2018Beautiful and quite place in the island to get some rest from walking around. Peaceful as everything on the island .
Olena K. • July 8, 2016Green oasis of Budapest. It's very quiet here. Lots of playing yards for kids. Lovely!
Fekete A. • March 24, 2019It's a great place for biking, walking, jogging and there are MTB tracks which I enjoy a lot.
We Love Budapest • April 16, 2015The kids can choose from slides, climbing frames of different sizes and difficulties, and a rubberised basketball court. This court is rather popular, so you might not always find a free ring.
Red Devil Budapest • December 4, 2014This square was a place years ago where military parades and public decapitations took place. Today it is a nice square with the statue of the Independence War of the 1848-49 made by Gyorgy Zala.
Деница Й. • January 6, 2017Wonderful place, plenty of animal species, very clean and I had enjoyable time. I recommend it as a must see when visiting Budapest.
We Love Budapest • October 8, 2012Margaret Island provides a perfect scene for mind-refreshing walks, playing sports, sunbathing, or just sitting around. Take a seat on a tree-sheltered bench by the Danube, and enjoy the panorama!
Carl G. • December 31, 2015Stunning views across the city and along the Danube. Worth the effort to climb to the top.
