Tin • January 24, 2018I am a sucker for instant gratification so I love KULA. I'm always excited to go here with my friends on a dinner night out. We love the softshell crab tempura! My favorite is salmon nigiri.
L.A. L. • March 26, 2019Flaming tiger roll as good as the recommendations say ... poke, sashimi salad, Unami on clear noodles also excellent. And great service, too!
AmateurConcierge • September 25, 2019Underrated in the 7’s. Def in the mid 8’s range. Solid alternative sushi to when Uchi is full. Chili hamachi, wagyu dumplings r great. Would skip tamago and salmon sashimi. Nay to mezcal cocktail
Celeste W. • April 14, 2018I have never had Korean BBQ before- delicious! We had Doisot Bibim Bob (beef & veggies topped with egg with crispy rice in a sizzling pot) & Woo Galbi Jumoolluk (seasoned boneless short rib cubes)

Divya M. • March 19, 2016I'm so full I can barely type! Huge place, good sushi, love the strawberry mochi ice cream.
AFAR Media • February 19, 2015The menu is a mix of traditional sushi & sashimi as well as out-there fusion maki rolls like the R2D2, a flavor bomb of grilled hanger steak, green onions, avocado, crispy shallots & yuzu miso sauce.
Qtbloom • August 24, 2012Sit at the bar and watch the chefs or sit in a cozy booth, everything from the miso soup, sushi, phoenix roll, spicy tuna roll, sake bombs, all of it, is fantastic!! Best Sushi restaurant in Austin.
Tim C. • December 4, 2016While pricey, the Omakase dinner was excellent, comparable to the best Sushi in Austin. The sake and beer choices are somewhat limited but you can bring your own bottle of wine for a $20 cork fee.
