Filip B. • August 26, 2014Second time here. Very helpfull staff. Good price vs quality. Booked via Thomas Cook Belgium. Hope to be here again soon!
Lee P. • April 2, 2016Good location rooms nice..... staff like hide and seek but helpful and friendly
Ashley M. • September 9, 2022My first trip to London. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, easy walk to the closest tube. I would definitely stay here again.
Steve W. • May 16, 2013Dont be deceived lovely rooms handy location and good value for money and lovely ladies in dining room
Simson P. • January 24, 2013Simple and clean hotel. Our bathroom is completely new and there is free wifi (which is fast enough to stream a movie!). Almost unbeatable at that price!
Duncan H. • March 22, 2013Far better than I'd feared. Rooms are basically a bed with walls and a tiny ensuite, but it's also very cheap and a little bit fun if you don't take it too seriously. Wish they had a lift though!
Dobromir D. • March 7, 2020The hotel is on the back side of Freddie's garden (the house where Freddie Mercury lived between 1985 and his death 1991) and have a nice view to this place.
Aldo B. • November 27, 2011New hotel name: Mercure London Kensington. Same small room, £ 250 a night!!!!
Maria G. • July 5, 2013Don't pick this place unless you wanna stay at your granny's closet for 80 pounds per night. Though the bathroom is clean, the location is ok, the staff is friendly and accommodating
